So it’s December 22, 2012. In fact, in many parts of the world, it’s already December 23.  Obviously, the world didn’t end. Or it did, and the pre-apocalypse world was so shitty nothing changed after the world ended.

Either way, we’re all still here.

Not gonna lie, I’m a little disappointed about the lack of raining fire and brimstone. And about the lack of a phantom planet becoming an un-phantom. (How rude, Nibiru.)

Okay, okay, in all seriousness, I didn’t think the apocalypse was going to happen anyway. I figured we’d all still be here on December 22, and yep, here we are.

Unfortunately for me, though, this lack of apocalypse means I have to actually brave the mall to finish my Christmas shopping. Have you guys been in a mall lately? Have you been in a mall parking lot lately?

Yeah, exactly. I think I’d rather have the apocalypse.
